For now, here are the two big issues opened for Rust documentation:
They both need help to move forward so any contribution is very welcome!
There are currently around 50 other documentation issues opened. Look for A-docs tagged issues on github!
Recent doc contributions
- @cramertj added explanation for E0389.
- @dfockler added explanation for E0374, E0375, E0376.
- @billyevans added explanation for E0505.
- @cramertj added explanation for E0504.
- @GuillaumeGomez added explanation for E0500, improved the help for the Makefile, added lifetime’s bounds display in generated documentation, added more details and examples in error codes and added compile-fail tests for error codes.
@birkenfeld continues his awesome work on rustdoc:
- display field types together with names in detailed docs
- do not panic all the way when lexing a source snippet fails
- inject
#[macro_use] extern crate
in doctests for macros - remove artificial indentation of doctest code
- add a “primitive type reference” page
And once again, @GuillaumeGomez worked on the rustdoc CSS.
